1. Return Eligibility

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear photos or videos as proof.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Items returned after the allowed reporting period.

3. Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact us and provide:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Product Images
  • Unboxing Video (if available)
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team or supplier.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Original payment method
  • UPI Transfer
  • Bank Transfer
  • Store Credit (where applicable)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds cannot be returned as cash.

Approved refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit after verification.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Packaging Images
  • Unboxing Video

Failure to provide evidence may result in rejection of the return or refund request.


8. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

In cases where the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs may be covered by us.
